Subaru Outback Roof Leak

Its in the area dead center towards the back of the car.

Apparently all fourth generation subaru outbacks 2009 2014 that came with sunroofs have two drain holes near the front. I am borrowing this subaru outback from my dad but it has a very wet interior that has caused the alarm to fault therefore i need to fix this before it cause. Sunroofs are a nice addition to any car because they give you the choice of letting the sunshine in and keeping the rain out. Dealer says the car is not leaking and the drain plugs are clear but ive never had a moon roof collect water like that.

I have my 16 limited with moon roof and during heavy rain when i slide back the shade i can feel water collecting on the black piece and around the rubber.

I tried clearing all the drains in my car but that didnt work.
